Jack was born and raised in northern China and immigrated to Canada in the early 1990’s. From 2001 to the present, he has lived and practiced law in Saskatchewan, Ontario and the Greater Vancouver area. Jack is interested and concentrates his efforts in practicing commercial, civil and tax litigation. He has conducted trials and petition hearings in BC Supreme Court and appeared before BC Appeal Court. In the last 10 years, Jack has represented clients across the Lower Mainland in matters involving, contractual disputes, shareholders’ disputes and estate disputes.

Jack is involved and connected with local Chinese Business Associations and Organizations and often helps clients referred through them. Jack is also involved and participates in local churches and provides pro-bono services to and through his church when the needs arise. Jack enjoys running, hiking and fishing.

Jack is fluent in English and Mandarin, and can communicate functionally in Cantonese.
